Nurtured Beginnings was created from years of experience as a prenatal yoga teacher and birth doula, working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences. Early on, I witnessed how often birthing people’s voices are dismissed, their autonomy overlooked, and their birth experiences shaped by a system that does not always honor them. After seeing the deep impact of this, I felt a calling to support, uplift, and advocate for those preparing to give birth helping them reclaim their power and step into the experience with confidence. 

Unlike traditional childbirth education, Nurtured Beginnings is not just about information, it’s about transformation. It’s a sacred, self-paced journey that prepares you mentally, physically, and spiritually for birth, integrating wisdom from birthwork, yoga, and holistic wellness.   • Can I work with you if I’m not local to Philadelphia?
    Absolutely! Many offerings, including private sessions and the Nurtured Beginnings program, are available virtually. Virtual 1:1 prenatal support is available to anyone, anywhere.
